Executive coach & facilitator of Brave Spaces
My Story
Having studied Actuarial & Financial Studies at university, I spent thirteen years with Accenture, GE Capital and IFG, including COO roles of two joint ventures. I loved that work and took real pride in it. I chose to pivot so I could more flexibly balance work and family life. By then I had lived in six countries, worked in five, and had developed a deep curiosity about leadership, learning cultures and navigating complexity.
That curiosity led me into coaching and leadership development. Along the way I completed an MBA, an MSc in Executive Coaching and the Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard Kennedy School. I recall a faculty member speaking of the role of safety in adaptive leadership which puzzled me.
Across different organisations and sectors, I frequently noticed that even the most capable people sometimes couldn’t speak up. This was not from lack of courage, but because the environment didn’t allow it. I came to understand that psychological safety and adaptive leadership go hand in hand.
That insight is at the heart of what I now call Brave Spaces, where we create the conditions in which people can do their best thinking, have honest conversations, and tackle what’s really challenging.

a note on my approach
Direct, warm and genuinely curious.
I work with leaders and teams who are experts in their fields; engineers, scientists, lawyers, accountants, academics and consultants. People who are used to being the person with the answers, and who are navigating situations where that’s no longer enough.
My style is direct and warm. I’ll challenge your thinking and I’ll be curious about what’s underneath it. I believe the best coaching happens when there’s enough psychological safety in the coaching relationship itself to tackle what really matters.
