Here’s a little about me and why this work energises me…

Fearless Organisation Practitioner

My Story

Having studied Actuarial & Financial Studies at university, I spent fourteen years with Accenture, GE Capital and IFG, including COO roles of two joint ventures. I loved that work and took real pride in it. I chose to pivot so I could more flexibly balance work and family life.

By then I had lived in six countries, worked in five, and had developed a deep curiosity about leadership, learning cultures and navigating complexity. That curiosity led me into coaching and leadership development.

For eighteen years, I have worked across different organisations developing leadership capacity. I frequently notice even the most capable people sometimes holding themselves back. Sometimes complex challenges go unaddressed and innovation is stifled. This is not from lack of courage, but because the environment isn’t conducive to hearing different perspectives and adaptive problem-solving.

Through my Brave Spaces offering, I create the conditions where people can do their best thinking, have honest conversations, and tackle what’s really challenging.

I hold an MBA, an MSc in Executive Coaching and the completed Art and Practice of Leadership Development at Harvard Kennedy School.

a note on my approach

Direct, warm and genuinely curious.

I work with leaders and teams who are experts in their fields; engineers, scientists, lawyers, accountants, academics and consultants – people who are used to being the person with the answers, and who are navigating situations where that’s no longer enough.

My style is direct and warm. I’ll challenge your thinking and I’ll be curious about what’s underneath it. I believe the best coaching happens when there’s enough psychological safety in the coaching relationship itself to tackle what really matters.
